An HR specialist, I began my career in recruitment and human resources consulting more than twenty years ago, and have seen the Jobs Market from three sides of the desk - as an applicant, as a recruiter and more recently as an employer.
With a broad-based background in human resource services, my professional history includes assisting clients from student level to senior executives, across all careers and business sectors – including a fair number FTSE 100 and Top Ten Consulting firms - through to SMEs and the public sector.
One of my favourite activities is contributing career articles and Resume assessments to careers magazines and leading national newspapers, including The Guardian 'CV Clinic' and Daily Mail.
I focused my MBA on Strategic Human Resource Management, and wrote a dissertation entitled, "An assessment of the extent to which Outplacement Consultants meet the needs of those people managing or experiencing redundancy." The knowledge gained has since enabled me to assist thousands of people to move into more rewarding, fulfilling careers.

An aspect of my role I especially enjoy is writing Resumes with informative, well pitched, relevant and targeted content - with plenty of creativity in the page design.
